YIS is currently accepting applications for the position of Classroom Assistant for the upcoming 2010 Summer’s Cool education program for elementary students. The program will run weekdays from 8:45-3:15 at the YIS campus from June 14 – July 2, 2010 and several Classroom Assistants will be needed.
If you are an outgoing and engaging person who enjoys interacting and having fun with students between the ages of 4-11 in a productive educational environment, we want to hear from you, especially if you have experience working with children.
Duties and responsibilities will include the supervision and support of our young learners, engaging and leading classroom and outdoor activities and games, creating and leading team projects, as well as working individually with students to help support their academic needs.

You may be contacted for an interview before final hiring decisions are made toward the end of May.
